Peers Not Fears

Lorraine Connell of Peers not Fears, LLC  guides high school students through leadership programs. Lorraine believes that all students are leaders, and should have access to leadership training to develop those skills.  As a leadership coach, she focuses on high school teenagers, developing students in beginning to advanced leadership skills. The most valuable program Peers offer is the College-Bound to be a Leader training designed to help students achieve success as first-year college students needing skills that may not have been developed.
